Delmar Dehn
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Delmar Dehn is responsible for company strategy and operations to achieve the company mission of making organizations more productive.
Prior to co-founding Achievance Inc., Mr. Dehn was a Product Manager at Lawson Software responsible for defining strategy and requirements for Lawson’s Server Technology components and infrastructure required to operate the Lawson enterprise resource planning applications. Mr. Dehn led cross-functional teams responsible for bringing numerous new or enhanced Lawson technology products to market. Mr. Dehn brings to Achievance over twenty years of experience in general management, operations management, and marketing management including over ten years of product management experience. Mr. Dehn has a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in New Venture Management from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Diana Van Blaricom, PHR
Chief Solutions Officer
As Chief Solutions Officer, Diana Van Blaricom is responsible for product vision and strategy to achieve the company mission of making organizations more productive.
Prior to co-founding Achievance Inc., Ms. Van Blaricom was employed by Lawson Software as the HR Product Manager where she was instrumental in guiding the strategy and development of new and enhanced functionality for the enterprise human resource management systems. Ms. Van Blaricom is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with over twenty years of progressive accomplishments in all aspects of Human Resources including best-practices, complex HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and e-business strategies. She has worked with many organizations to enhance their HR processes and improve organizational effectiveness. Ms. Van Blaricom is a graduate of Minneapolis Business College and is certified by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Leo Steidel
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Leo Steidel oversees product development, information technology and related strategies.
Mr. Steidel began his career in 1972 with Moore Business Forms. At the Moore Research and Development facility in Grand Island, NY, Mr. Steidel managed many product development efforts and was awarded several patents in software-based mechanical measurement and motion control systems. In 1987 Mr. Steidel moved to Minnesota to help start up LaserMaster Technologies. He was a founding member of the management team, responsible for corporate research and development. While at LaserMaster, Mr. Steidel was awarded several international patents on disruptive technologies to improve the quality of laser printers by enhancing the effective resolution. In 1992 Mr. Steidel joined The Weidt Group, a software and energy consulting firm. His most recent patent is in the field of healthcare account management. |
